New publication by Marine and Environmental Research – MER Lab Ltd. at the Zootaxa journal: A new species of Microdeutopus, M. periergos sp. nov. (Crustacea, Amphipoda, Senticaudata, Aoridae) from Cyprus (East Mediterranean Sea).
The novel amphipod species was recorded in the waters of Cyprus and was named Microdeutopus periergos (periergos which means strange in Greek). Well done #Myers, A., #Plaiti, W. and #Rousou, M.
